Henri Malkki – Perfektio, Exolyt
Henri is a serial entrepreneur who has come a long way from hackathons to founding and leading several technology companies. For him, entrepreneurship is about continuous learning, rapid experimentation, and the courage to put even unfinished ideas into practice. Henri has led teams, built products, and taken services to international markets - often in situations where he had to find the direction while running. He believes in open collaboration, a culture of experimentation, and that failures are ultimately an entrepreneur's best teachers.
Juho Räsänen – Ronroo
Juho is actively combining studies and entrepreneurship, and running his next startup regarding psychoeducation and executive dysfunction. And a lot of experimenting. Juho has been an entrepreneur for a long time – almost ten years – and is active in various communities. He has gained experience in foundations, listed companies, as an entrepreneur, in community organizations, a lot of events and in youth councils. Juho’s passions are tech, cybersecurity and community building – and building buildings.
Jere Partanen – Sisu Game Ventures
Jere is a Principal at Sisu Game Ventures, investing in global game studios and games-adjacent technology companies. He sits on several Sisu portfolio boards, working with founders on fundraising, partnerships, and strategy. Previously, he co-founded Pandatron and was its Chief Product Officer, building AI-driven solutions for change management and technology adoption in large enterprises. He also led the gaming vertical at Slush, served on the Helsinki Think Company board, and is an active angel investor in the games sector.
Dr. Juha-Pekka Pitkänen – Solar Foods
Juha-Pekka is Chief Scientific Officer and Co-Founder of Solar Foods Oyj, a Finnish food-tech company pioneering Solein®, a protein produced from CO₂, renewable electricity, and water. With a Doctor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Helsinki University of Technology, Juha-Pekka has over two decades of experience in industrial biotechnology and bioprocess engineering. Before Solar Foods, Juha-Pekka worked at VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland as Principal Scientist involved in projects on sustainable bioprocesses. Overall, half of his career he has been at VTT and another half in startups. He has focused on developing technologies that enable more sustainable food and chemical production.
