He brings a rich background across technology, product, and delivery roles — from hands-on software development to leadership positions in industries including AI SaaS, data, and government. Known for transforming complex delivery challenges into engaging, human-centered solutions, Dave often uses tools like Miro to design creative retrospectives, planning canvases, and professional development experiences.
A regular speaker at conferences and webinars, he shares insights on Agile, delivery leadership, and the evolving role of AI in project work. Currently, he’s exploring the intersection of continuous improvement and identity-based growth through the Harada Method — a personal development system rooted in Lean thinking and now adapted for digital teams.
