​At VIBE25-5: Welcome to San Fransokyo, we’re bringing together cutting-edge YC startups and Japan’s brightest student developers for a 4-hour creative sprint. Your mission: build something real — fast. Whether it’s art, community, or an entirely new product, show how AI can push the boundaries of what’s possible.

​The Challenge

​In just 4 hours, ship a working demo that uses AI/codegen to create something surprising, useful, or delightful. Choose from any of the areas listed in YC's Request for Startups

​✅ Must be demo-able by the end of the night
✅ Choose any RFS topic and any domain is fair game: art, community, tools, games, or something brand new
✅ Submit your code, record a quick video, and share your demo live

  • ​Founders should prepare a 5-minute demo so each challenger understands the product and challenge(s).

  • ​Each participating company should have designated judge(s).

​VIBE25-5: Welcome to San Fransokyo は、Y Combinator（YC）出身スタートアップと日本の次世代開発者・学生エンジニアが協働し、AI技術を用いて新しい価値を形にする実践型ハッカソンです。

​このイベントでは、参加者が4時間という制限時間の中でアイデアを設計し、AI／コード生成技術（CodeGen）を活用した動作可能なプロトタイプを完成させます。
単なる技術競争ではなく、スピード・創造性・実装力を兼ね備えた次世代人材の育成を目的としています。

​テーマは Y Combinator が発表する「Request for Startups（RFS）」 に基づき、自由に選択可能です。
対象分野に制約はなく、アート、ツール、ゲーム、コミュニティ、あるいはまったく新しい領域まで、AIを軸とした幅広い挑戦が歓迎されます。

​Transpose Platformは、次世代のベンチャー構造・アクセラレーター、そしてそこから生まれるスタートアップを支援することで、アーリーステージ投資のあり方そのものを再定義しています。
私たちは、世界各地の有力インキュベーター、ベンチャースタジオ、エマージングファンドと連携し、創業の瞬間から成長段階まで、起業家の挑戦を包括的に支えています。

​2015年の設立以来、Transposeは「フォーメーション（創成期）」に特化したデータドリブンな投資アプローチを通じて、卓越したスタートアップへの早期アクセスを実現。
単に「次のユニコーンを見つける」のではなく、「次のカテゴリーを生み出す」ことに力を注いでいます。

​🚀 チャレンジ内容

​4時間以内に、AI／コード生成を活用した動作可能なデモ を完成させてください。
テーマは YC「Request for Startups（RFS）」 に掲載されている領域から自由に選択可能です。

​応募条件：
✅ 当日中にデモを実演できること
✅ RFSのいずれかのテーマを選択（領域自由：アート、ツール、ゲーム、コミュニティなど）
✅ コード提出＋簡単な動画撮影＋当日のライブデモ

• ​16:00｜ファウンダー到着・準備・オリエンテーション

  • ​軽食をご用意しています。

• ​17:00〜17:30｜受付・チーム編成

• ​17:30〜17:45｜企業・ファウンダーによる紹介およびデモ

  • ​各ファウンダーは、自社プロダクトや課題内容を参加者が理解できるよう、5分間のデモを準備してください。

• ​18:00〜21:00｜ハッカソン（3時間）

• ​21:00〜21:30｜作品提出（21:00締切）・審査（21:00〜21:30）

  • ​各参加企業は、審査担当者（Judge）を1名以上ご指名ください。
