Workflow Swap: A Design Garden Open House Night

​10-minute 1:1s. Real workflows, no portfolios.

This event is the halfway mark of this fall's Design Garden Accountability Sprint and we're opening the doors for one night. Think of it like a school open house: instead of an impersonal, crowded Zoom mixer, you get to see how the sprint actually works, up close, through genuine one-on-one cross-pollination.

​This session is part of our fall Accountability Sprint, a 4-week program pairing designers for weekly check-ins and real accountability.

​How it works

​We'll pair you with another designer for a few 1:1 rotations. In each room, you'll have 10 minutes to:

• ​Peer over the shoulder: Share your screen and show one small workflow trick, a favorite tool, or an organization habit you swear by

• ​See how they move: Watch your partner do the same

• ​Connect: Walk away with a cool new trick and a new connection!

​When the timer hits zero, we'll gently rotate pairs. It's just a fun and casual night for designers to gab and show something practical.

​Who is this for?

​Our current sprint crew: totally optional. Come break out of your usual accountability pairing, see how the rest of the garden is growing, and share what you've been learning.

​The public and curious: welcome. Come grab some fresh inspiration for your own workflow, make a few genuine 1:1 connections, and get a feel for the Design Garden community.
