Tech & Career | Mentor Circle by Women in Tech
Career paths in tech rarely follow a straight line.
During the Van Jobs Expo 2026, sponsored by Cornerstone Community College, The Thread is hosting a Mentor Circle where participants can connect with experienced women in tech and ask questions about their career, pivotal decisions, and lessons learned along the way.
Four mentorship slots will be available throughout the event, each led by a mentor specializing in engineering, marketing, tech executive roles, or UX/UI design.
The Mentor Circle slots are:
▫️ 12:00 PM - Engineering Circle with Nayeema Shad
▫️ 1:00 PM - Marketing Circle with Asmâa Methqal
▫️ 2:00 PM - Tech Executives Circle with Giuliana Aguilar
▫️ 3:00 PM - UX/UI Design Circle with Neeharika Gupta
Each circle offers an opportunity to ask questions, hear different perspectives, and explore the realities behind these career paths.
Bring your curiosity and the questions you wish someone had answered earlier in your career.
