In this session, Jesse Smothers, Chief Engineer, Unico will guide us through the building’s rich history—from its original construction and distinctive infrastructure and design features, and surprising “did-you-know” details that connect our workplace. Along the way, you’ll gain a clearer understanding of how the building’s history shapes its present-day infrastructure, including our HVAC and water systems, and why these details matter for how we use the space today.
