Season 1 · Chapter 4. Forth episode of a documentary series following a small group of Bay Area founders through a year of outdoor challenges.
Forget transactional mixers and happy hours.
We are a community of non-boring folks (who happen to be AI founders and investors) who love nature and a challenge.
We found that dirt biking is the ultimate way to switch off. It’s not about brute strength or being a daredevil. It’s about balance, focus and resilience.
What is the "Adventure Edition"?
This is our Adventure tour format. It’s still beginner-friendly, but designed for people who already know how to ride a bike.
A full day of off-road touring through forests and hills + poker/board games + dinners and overnight stays.
IMPORTANT: you should go through the Basecamp training before joining the event if you are a beginner/ never rode before/ or rode last time more than 5 years ago.
The Plan
Small group (capped ~10).
Day 1 (Friday evening): on Friday night, we arrive at the Airbnb, have together, play board games and get to know each other.
Day 2 (Saturday): a full day of riding off-road - touring across forests and hills, with a dip in the lake (optional). After the ride, we come back to the Airbnb, cook BBQ together, play poker/board games, have drinks and share stories from the tour.
Day 3 (Sunday morning): have breakfast together and head back to the city.
Overnight: Airbnb with separate rooms for every guest.
Who is this for?
Founders & Investors: You want a full mental reset with good like-minded people in a non-transactional environment.
Levels: You don't need a driver license. But you need to be comfortable riding a bike at a beginner+ level.
Supportive Group: We curate the group to be diverse and supportive. This isn't a "boys club" - we strongly value our female riders and beginners.
The Logistics
When: Friday, August 7 | 6 PM - Sunday, August 9 | 11 AM
Where: Tahoe area (exact location sent upon approval). We coordinate carpooling.
Cost: Paid event.

How to Join
We have 4 slots open for new folks outside our existing member group.
Registrations are approved on a rolling basis to keep the group balanced.
