Ed Biden has spent the last two years building products with AI tools across the full spectrum, from customGPTs to production apps shipped with Claude Code. He has also trained hundreds of product managers and business leaders to do the same through Hustle Badger's hands-on programmes.
In this session, Ed breaks the AI tool landscape into four categories and explains when to use each:
Why categories matter more than tools: the switching costs between tools in each category are tiny, so picking the right category is the real decision
