About Event

The hardest part of innovation isn't the idea. It's what comes after it works.

This Tech Thursday we'll dive into what happens after innovation shows early success and how organizations move from pilots and initial projects into scalable, sustained impact.

We’ll explore:

  • What changes when something that works needs to be integrated more broadly

  • The organizational challenges that come with scaling (process, people, adoption)

  • What tends to break down between pilot and production

  • What it takes to turn one-off success into something repeatable

Featuring:

Khaled Abdelwahab – Sales Director, North America at Nokia

Sienna Hermary – Co-founder & CEO at Urban Camel & Business Development Specialist - Cybersecurity at Invest Ottawa

Russell Smiley – Fractional CTO at Byting Chipmunk

Moderated by: Dan Premachuk, Program Admin of Technology Innovation Management Program at Carleton University

Spots are limited so please RSVP to confirm your spot.
