​Bringing together energy sector leaders, infrastructure operators, SMEs, and contractors, this 30-minute roundtable explores how Wales’ most ambitious Net Zero programmes can move from plan to delivery effectively. Using North Wales as a live case study (cutting-edge research in marine ecology, coastal systems and low carbon innovation), we examine how a Receptivity for Change (RfC) diagnostic (toolset/platform) can help stakeholders identify organisational enablers and remove barriers before implementation, ensuring programmes succeed.
