Panelists:

​Seth Jenson leads the UVU Baugh Entrepreneurship Institute, where he builds world-class experiential programs focused on entrepreneurial strategy and innovation ecosystems. He previously lectured at the University of Oxford and was named to Utah’s 2025 40 Under 40 list for his leadership in advancing entrepreneurial education and impact.

​Lindsey Lewis is the Managing Director and Chair of The American College Center for Women in Financial Services, recognized as Investment News’ Female Trailblazer of the Year and a 2025 Hot List leader for advancing women’s leadership in finance.

​Mike Linton is CEO of VLCM, a leading technology solutions provider in cybersecurity, cloud, networking, and data center services serving thousands of customers nationwide. He was named a 2025 Utah Business CEO of the Year and is a two-time finalist for EY’s Mountain West Entrepreneur of the Year.
