About Event

​The ECLC Spring Conference is a full-day gathering of senior transformation leaders. The sessions are practitioner-led, the conversations are peer-driven, and the theme this year hits at something every transformation leader is working through: what does it take to mature this function into a true enterprise capability?

​This year's speakers include Amgen's Results Delivery Office, Bayer's Chief Transformation Officer, and many other practitioners from across the maturity spectrum.

​Breakfast, lunch, and a networking happy hour are included. The day runs 7:30am–6:30pm at the Luxe Sunset Boulevard in Brentwood.

​Ticket price:

  • ​January-February: $225

  • ​March: $295

  • ​April-May: $375

​Seats are limited. Tickets are non-refundable. Travel and accommodation not included.

​This event is for ECLC members, their teams, and non-ECLC members who are senior transformation leaders leading change in large organizations.
