Lucyna Bolin began her career in recruitment in 2012, working for global firms SThree as an L&D Consultant and PageGroup as a Talent Development Manager. She designed learning roadmaps for front- and back-office teams across 16+ countries, supporting recruiters and leaders in improving performance and consistency at scale.
Today, she is the founder of Training Valley, bespoke training and coaching for recruitment businesses at every stage - from solo founders looking to build teams, to agencies and TA functions. She partners with clients as an executive coach, consultant and trainer, tailoring programs to their unique goals and challenges.
Her work is known for moving the needle because everything she builds is targeted and role-specific.
