On Women’s Day, we often celebrate achievements, milestones, and titles.
But what about the roles that don’t come with applause?
As women, we move between multiple roles every single day — often unseen, undervalued, or quietly carried.
This interactive and reflective workshop invites you to pause… and choose one “hat” you wear that deserves to be honoured.
Through guided reflection, small-group conversations, and a collective celebration ritual, we will:
• Acknowledge the invisible labour women carry
• Name the skills hidden inside everyday roles
• Share our lived realities without comparison
• Celebrate the parts of ourselves that rarely get centre stage
This is not about being everything.
It’s about choosing what we honour.
