• ​6:30pm — Doors open, networking

• ​7:00pm — Kickoff & opening remarks

• ​7:15pm — Pitches (5-7 min pitch, 5 min Q&A & feedback)

• ​8:45pm — Wrap-up & social

We are official event hosts with Waterloo Tech Week 2025, a celebration of what’s been built here, and what’s still to come. We’re building something great together. September 8-11, 2025. waterlootechweek.ca

​Update Aug 28: everyone on the waitlist is in and capacity is now 150. When we hit that number, please still join the waitlist. If the weather forecast stays good we will use the rooftop and can let more people in!
