​What is Phia?

​How it works

​Stage 1 — Kickoff: Apply by 4/13 11:59PM ET. Standard app review through luma.

​Stage 2 — Video interview: Submit a 1-2 minute video pitching an idea that you would want to build at the Phia Design-a-thon and how you would leverage your design background. (If you are selected, you can also change your idea. This is just to gauge your background and creativity.)You will have one week to tackle a given prompt(4/14) due on 4/19 11:59PM ET. Finalists will be selected and notified on 4/22.

​Stage 3 — Design-a-thon: Selected participants will build and present to the Phia team 4/25, 4/26 at the Phia NYC HQ.
