We cordially invite you to join our talk format “Let’s Talk About Careers”. In this series, alumni of the University of Tübingen share their personal career paths and provide insights into professional trajectories beyond academia.
This special edition of “Let’s Talk About Careers” is jointly organized by the Graduate Academy and the Startup Center and focuses on academic entrepreneurship.
Our guests will share their personal stories of how they moved from an academic background to founding their own ventures. They will talk about how their ideas emerged, how they were translated into practice, which challenges they encountered along the way, why they decided to found their own companies, and what kinds of support they received, including support from the University of Tübingen. Afterwards, there will be time for questions, networking, and snacks & drinks.
With this event, we aim to support doctoral researchers and postdocs in their individual career orientation and to highlight entrepreneurship as a viable and inspiring career path beyond academia.
