Techstars Founder Spotlight Sessions with Dispatch Goods
How do you turn a massive waste problem into a cost-competitive industrial advantage?
Join us for a fireside chat with Lindsey Hoell, Co-Founder and CEO of Dispatch Goods, an industrial tech company solving one of the largest cost and waste challenges in food service: the mountain of single-use packaging and diningware it generates.
We’ll sit down to discuss how she built a fully managed reverse-logistics and sanitization powerhouse. This event will be moderated by Sarah Bain, Techstars Managing Director.
About the Speaker
Before launching Dispatch Goods, Lindsey led Hawaii's Surfrider Ocean Friendly Restaurants Campaign, where her work at the intersection of sustainability and business operations sharpened her conviction that reuse had to be economically enticing — not just environmentally compelling.
Under her leadership, Dispatch Goods has diverted millions of items from landfills, expanded to processing centers across the U.S., and earned recognition as the Most Innovative Product or Service at the Society for Hospitality and Foodservice Management (SHFM) conference in 2025. Lindsey is based in Santa Cruz, CA.
