Monica Meagher is a sustainability leader with over a decade of experience driving climate action and operational efficiency across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. As Sustainability Group Manager at BART, she leads systemwide initiatives impacting 50+ million annual passengers, manages a $62M power procurement budget, helped deliver 86% greenhouse-gas-free electricity in 2024, and secured over $24M to expand EV charging across the system. Previously, she held sustainability roles at SolarCity, Verdigris Technologies, Clean Coalition, and Acuity Brands (Lucid), where she founded SolarCity’s sustainability department and authored its first sustainability report. Monica holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley and an MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School.

Archita Sharma is an air quality scientist and technology leader working at the intersection of environmental policy, data systems, and global supply chains. She is an Air Pollution Specialist at the California Air Resources Board (CARB), supporting the development of airborne toxic control measures with a focus on environmental justice, and also works with Sustineri Labs Foundation and Fairtrade International to build a geospatial compliance platform supporting ~5,000 smallholder farmers across six countries. Previously, she led CSR impact evaluations at Maruti Suzuki India Limited and brings experience across software engineering, policy, and social research. Archita holds degrees in Electronics and Communication Engineering and Public Policy (UC San Diego) and is passionate about building technology-driven solutions to complex sustainability challenges.

Casey Leedom is a transportation planner at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA), where she focuses on sustainability, climate resilience, active transportation, and long‑range planning. In her role, she has contributed to the city’s Biking and Rolling Plan, a curbside EV charging feasibility study, and climate adaptation efforts along the Embarcadero. Before joining the SFMTA, Casey spent five years as a structural engineer, then returned to graduate school to study urban planning. She now draws on her engineering background to inform her planning work and is deeply committed to social justice, transportation safety, and public service.
