Event Lead Producer: Thomas Andersen
Thomas Andersen is a strategic advisor and "Matching Angel" with over 20 years of experience helping startups secure investment. Since founding Andersen Marketing in 2004, he has guided pre-seed founders in refining their business models and pitch decks. Thomas blends corporate expertise from major brands like Ferrero with the agility of the Berlin startup scene, where he serves as an IBB technology coach.
A dedicated educator, he has lectured at HTW Berlin and Hochschule Fresenius for nearly two decades. Through the Founder Institute and Pitch Lounge, Thomas continues to bridge the gap between visionary entrepreneurs and high-growth investors.

Jamal Maxey is a powerhouse in the Berlin and global startup ecosystem, renowned for bridging the gap between early-stage founders and global investor networks. As the founder of Pitch Lounge, he has produced over 150 high-stakes pitch events, empowering more than 600 startups to refine their narratives and secure critical funding.
His deep expertise is backed by his startup mentoring experience with Techstars (Saudi Arabia), Founder Institute (Silicon Valley), Ignyte (Dubai), and his role as Partnership Manager at Minerva University.

Event Format & Experience
Interactive 90 min live startup-investor pitch event, investor-audience Q&A rounds, actionable takeaways, and post-event networking.
We draw your attention to the use of professional photography/videography during the event.
Capacity: 35 attendees (limited for interaction).

Free entry. But you are expected to cover your own bill at the cafe (if ordering drinks/food).
Note that we quite quickly complete registrations (for both pitching and observing), so register soon to avoid disappointment, and update your RSVP if you can no longer make it, as we usually end up operating a waitlist close to event day.
