🌐 Software - Redefining MVP: Aligning Product, Risk, and Learning Across Your Startup
Most teams say “MVP” – but engineering, product, sales, and design often mean completely different things.
In this interactive workshop, we’ll surface those hidden assumptions by having each perspective define “minimum,” “viable,” and “product,” then reconcile the differences into a shared definition.
We’ll use that alignment to map key risks, sketch mitigation strategies, and clarify what you’re actually trying to learn from your next release – and how you’ll know if it’s working.
This session is highly participatory and designed for founders and early‑stage teams who want to de‑risk their roadmap and speed up real learning, not just shipping.
