Female Product Lead presents
International Women’s Day 2026
Lessons in Resilience | March 11 | 6:30–8:30pm
Location: Miro Office, London

In celebration of International Women’s Day, join Female Product Lead for an evening of powerful storytelling, leadership insight and meaningful connection.

This special event is proudly sponsored by The Difference Engine (https://www.thedifferenceengine.tech), an award winning HRTech and Recruitment Services business lead by engineers. With a natural sensitivity to diversity, The Difference Engine helps corporations and VC / PE backed scale-ups identify the tech talent they need to thrive through their products and services.

We’re delighted to welcome Sue Stockdale for her keynote:

Lessons in Resilience

Many women in product and technology navigate complex environments by adapting to external expectations, often suppressing their natural ways of leading. The cost? When setbacks hit, it can be harder to respond authentically and play to your own strengths.

Drawing on her extraordinary experiences as a polar explorer and her work coaching senior leaders, Sue Stockdale will share stories of challenge, endurance, and navigating the unknown in the Arctic— translating them into actionable lessons for resilient, authentic leadership.

In this session, you’ll discover strategies to lead with confidence as yourself, and gain tools to help you respond to setbacks and uncertainty in ways that align with your unique strengths.

You will:

  • Explore the Explorer’s Mindset: how curiosity, courage, and decisiveness help you navigate uncertainty

  • Reframe setbacks as pivotal opportunities to act authentically

  • Gain insight into how to lead effectively through ambiguity and rapid change while staying true to your values

  • Strengthen self-leadership practices that support long-term resilience

For ambitious women in product and technology, resilience isn’t abstract, it’s lived, and this session will equip you to show up fully, leverage your strengths, and navigate challenges with authenticity.
