The 2026 Viva Resilience XR Experience is our annual celebration honoring the women pioneering in XR, and this year we're centering the experience around the theme "Give to Gain: Accelerating Women through Collaborative Investment."

Because in XR, the most transformative thing we can do is invest in each other.

About Viva Resilience XR Awards

Launched in 2024 by Marlaina Love (BossLeo IO) and Arshia Bhatti (VivaCoach), the Viva Resilience XR Experience was created with a clear purpose — to amplify and celebrate women whose contributions to XR too often go unrecognized. What began as a joint venture rooted in community has quickly grown into a landmark International Women's Day event amplifying women pioneers across the globe. Since its inception, the event has honored 10 women across 3 countries, supported by 8+ sponsors who believed in the mission. In 2025, we expanded our commitment beyond celebration by introducing Invest to Accelerate — a program that has already generated over $10,000 in economic value for women in tech, building real commercial infrastructure and long-term opportunity. We are just getting started.
