About Event

Exploring how AI is reshaping product responsibilities, tools, and careers.

We'll have guests from UC Berkeley, Adobe, Meta, Amazon, as well as Pre-Seed to Series C startups.

Please note that this event series is for experienced Product people: Senior and Group PMs, as well as Product founders, CPOs, and Heads of Product.

Description:

From discovery to growth, Product responsibilities are evolving rapidly. Engage directly with experts from startups to larger companies about the challenges, tools, and changes they’re adapting to in real time — and join the conversation on how to adjust and where the Product field is headed next.

From every session:

  • Walk away each week with battle-tested tactics you can implement immediately.

  • Cut through the AI noise by getting firsthand insight from peers shipping with AI.

  • Benchmark your org with other top performers.

  • Build a trusted peer network of Product leaders facing the same internal headwinds. Utilize the space as a stage for authentic credibility.

We meet every Wednesday at 4pm EST for one hour.

Price: $10 / session.

You must be able to attend the majority of sessions because we are cultivating a tight-knit group. There are 9 sessions total.

General Layout of Every Meeting:

  • Guest Anchor (20 min): Beata interviews the guest. Asks questions that were submitted by enrolled members in advance.

  • Pulse Check (20 min): Open floor for members to ask questions most relevant to them. Guest starts with answering: “What’s happening in your org this week?” — and then engages in the conversation with other enrolled members.

  • Free-Flow Debate (15 min): Members riff, challenge, and share counter-examples with the guest.

  • Closing Insights (5 min): Capture 2–3 “take-home” lessons from the discussion.

Sessions:

Week 1 – Discovery & Research: what are the most helpful tools for scraping and gathering data about your target users? how have you automated certain parts of the process while also improving the quality of user research?

Week 2 – Prototyping, Validation & Design: in my experience, vibe coding tools are excellent for early ideas but often struggle as detail accumulates — what tools are best for scale? How do you fold AI into your design workflow, and what metrics truly signal early PMF?

Week 3 – Prioritization & Roadmapping: are traditional roadmaps still the best way to guide teams, or are there better alternatives? which AI tools are best for sharpening prioritization and alignment?

Week 4 – Execution & Delivery: how do you set realistic goals while staying flexible for the unknown? what’s the best way to adjust and communicate changes without losing stakeholder trust?

Week 5 – Growth & Retention: which metrics matter most for retention and growth? how are you using AI to better understand your data, track patterns, and improve retention? how has AI improved your processes and what does that look like now (before vs. now)?

Part II: Expanded Lens

Week 6 – Cross-Functional Leadership: Earning Credibility Across Teams: what behaviors have earned you credibility among design, engineering, and other teams? what makes PMs effective leaders when AI is shifting design, engineering, and marketing practices?

Week 7 – Stakeholder & Customer Management: how can PMs balance customer demands and stakeholder pressure in a climate of rising AI-driven expectations? what’s changed in your process since adopting new tools?

Part III: Meta Discussions

Week 8 – The Future of the Product Role: with AI accelerating design and engineering, is Product becoming the new bottleneck? how do we prevent that — or adapt if it’s true? what are core strategies to improve our contributions as PMs?

Week 9 — Meta Recap and Reflections (optional but great for locking in meaningful relationships formed over the past 8 weeks). Free flow conversation and closing.
