​이 3시간 워크숍에서, AI 도구를 활용해 리서치부터 제출까지 반복 가능한 시스템을 만들고 — 실제 지원서를 제출하고 돌아갑니다.

​1단계 — 리서치 시스템 구축 (45분) 레지던시, 오픈콜, 공모를 찾는 파이프라인 세팅. AI를 활용해 매체, 지역, 펀딩, 마감 기준으로 필터링하는 법.

​2단계 — 지원 자료 준비 (45분) 재사용 가능한 지원 키트 — 국제 표준 이력서, 작가노트 버전별(단문/장문/프로젝트별), 다양한 길이의 바이오, 프로젝트 제안서 템플릿. AI가 초안을, 본인이 목소리를.

​3단계 — 작성 & 제출 (45분) 실제 오픈콜 선택 → 맞춤형 커버 스테이트먼트 작성 → 동료 피드백 → 제출.

​4단계 — 워크플로우 & 자동화 (45분) 마감일과 제출 이력 관리 시스템 세팅. AI로 반복 작업을 자동화해서 — 작업에 집중할 수 있는 구조 만들기.

​Global Open Call & Residencies in the AI Era — June Session

​Application Strategy Workshop for Artists

​Stop applying blindly. Build a system.

​Finding the right open call shouldn't feel like scrolling through an endless feed of deadlines. And writing a compelling application shouldn't mean starting from scratch every time.

​In this 3-hour workshop, you'll build a repeatable research-to-submission system using AI tools — and submit a real application before you leave.

​

​What you'll build

​Phase 1 — Research System (45 min) Set up a personal pipeline for finding residencies, open calls, and grants. Learn to use AI for deep research across platforms, filtering by medium, geography, funding, and deadline.

​Phase 2 — Application Materials Prep (45 min) Build your reusable application kit — artist CV, artist statement variants, bio in multiple lengths, and a project proposal template. AI helps you generate variants; you refine and own the voice.

​Phase 3 — Write & Submit (45 min) Choose a real open call. Write a cover statement tailored to that opportunity. Peer review and refine. Submit before you leave.

​Phase 4 — Workflow & Automation (45 min) Set up a tracking system for deadlines and submissions. Learn to automate repetitive parts of the process with AI — so you can focus on making work.

​Payment in KRW is available via bank transfer. Card payments are processed in USD: $100 for the workshop.

​No prior AI experience is needed. This workshop is designed for artists who are curious about digital tools, but not yet fully confident using them.
