Design by the Lake @ Lugano
Service Design Drinks is back after the summer break, and we’re ready to bring our grassroots, non-hierarchical network to Lugano!
This April join us for a relaxed but inspiring evening of conversation, connection, and community-building.
Here’s what to expect:
Inspiring speakers sharing insights on service design opportunities and challenges in the region.
Networking with designers and innovators on an international level.
About the speakers:
Antonella Autuori. An information designer and PhD student in Design exploring the socio-technical, political, and epistemic dimensions of data and AI technologies. Antonella's research approaches infrastructures of classification and knowledge production as contested sites, where claims of neutrality can be unsettled and reimagined. Through participatory and reflexive practices, she engages with critical data studies and AI ethics to question dominant assumptions and to open space for more accountable, situated, and plural technological futures.
Simona Gamba. With over 20 years across operations, digital strategy, service design, and marketing, Simona guides organizations through digital transformation with a human-centric lens. She collaborates with the Lugano Living Lab exploring generative AI and Blockchain in public contexts, turning innovation into strategy, governance, and skills. Trained in economics and Design Thinking at MIT Sloan, she helps teams understand emerging technologies and build the culture for responsible, effective adoption.
Stefano Greco is a Lead UX Designer with over 10 years of experience, specializing in digital accessibility. He has worked across different industries alongside talented teams of designers, researchers, and developers to create tailored digital products and services. For him, every challenge is an opportunity to combine functionality with purpose. He has been passionately teaching UX in several schools for many years, continuously inspired by the endless perspectives this discipline offers.
