Stockholm AI - Annual Meeting 2026
Dear all,
Stockholm AI has established itself as one of Stockholm’s most impactful AI communities, bringing together professionals, researchers, engineers, founders, policy makers and enthusiasts who care about the future of artificial intelligence in our region.
As the association continues to grow, this Annual Meeting is an important moment to shape what comes next. We will review and discuss the association’s status, reflect on the past year, and align on the strategic direction for Stockholm AI moving forward.
In addition, at the meeting, members will gather to elect a new Board for the coming mandate period. All Board positions are subject to the electoral process, including:
Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary, Head of IT, Head of Partnerships
and two additional general Board positions.
Are you interested in joining?! The Election Committee will in the coming days flair a public call for all candidates alongside more information. But you don’t have to wait until then. If you already know that this resonates with you or if you’d like to nominate someone else, send an email to [email protected].
Lastly, this meeting will also include the second and final vote on the Board’s proposed statute changes. The first vote was held at the Extraordinary Annual Meeting, where the proposed updates were introduced to strengthen the association’s governance, transparency, membership routines, voting procedures, and continuity in Board work.
This second vote is the final step required for the statute changes to be adopted.

We look forward to seeing you there.
