Join four Yale alumni working across sustainable fashion, supply chains, circular economy, and social enterprise. Each speaker will reflect on their time at Yale, their professional journey, and how they built careers in sustainable fashion and related fields.
Panelists:
Rachel Kramer ’12 - Executive Director, CPALI & Tanana Madagascar - A social enterprise leader advancing regenerative textiles, agroforestry, and community-based innovation in Madagascar.
Anna Gross - Founder & CEO, GeoEmergence - A supply chain sustainability strategist using digital twin technology to map environmental, social, and geopolitical risk across global value chains.
Ali Golden – Director, Strategic Relationships, TerraCycle - Works at the intersection of brands, logistics, and circular systems to scale solutions for hard-to-recycle materials.
Madeline X – Product Sustainability Manager, Footwear, New Balance – Embeds science-based climate strategy into footwear product creation, translating Scope 3 targets, and materials innovation.

Connect directly with alumni, students, faculty, professionals, and practitioners in sustainable fashion. We will also celebrate the launch of MTN’s Sustainable Fashion Career Guide, created to support students exploring careers in this space!
Food and drinks will be provided at both sessions.
