An intensive 7-day experience for entrepreneurs where Oxbridge meets Y-Combinator.
Day 1: Arrival & The Renaissance Mission
Afternoon: Arrivals, welcome, and cohort integration at the 16th-century Rittergut Remeringhausen estate.
Late Afternoon (Diplomacy & Culture): Opening seminar on the philosophical foundations of the Renaissance and its direct application to modern global leadership.
Evening: Welcome dinner and cohort networking.
Day 2: Market Realities, Tech Horizons & Team Formation (Full Day 1)
Morning (Computer Science): Software lab introducing modern product architecture and hands-on AI capabilities.
Afternoon (Entrepreneurial Leadership): Workshop on identifying global problems, early-stage ideation, and finding true product-market fit.
Evening (Execution): Teams are formalized; initial scoping and whiteboarding for the capstone prototype begins.
Day 3: Geopolitics, Talent & Building the MVP (Full Day 2)
Morning (Diplomacy & Culture): Seminar analysing geopolitics and Europe's strategic role in a rapidly changing world.
Afternoon (Computer Science): Intensive hands-on product development lab focused on building the MVP.
Evening (Entrepreneurial Leadership): Leadership frameworks for scaling: how to hire top talent and build resilient, high-performance teams, followed by open "Hackerhouse" time.
Day 4: Capital, Ethics & Stress-Testing (Full Day 3)
Morning (Entrepreneurial Leadership): Masterclass on raising capital, understanding venture mechanics, and preparing for seed funding.
Afternoon (Diplomacy & Culture): Round-table discussion on tech ethics, AI governance, and the responsibilities of next-generation leaders.
Evening (Execution): Peer-review session where teams "red-team" each other's capstone prototypes to find technical or market vulnerabilities.
Day 5: Rhetoric, Synthesis & The Final Build (Full Day 4)
Morning (Triangular Synthesis): Final seminar tying together technical execution, geopolitical awareness, and executive communication/storytelling.
Afternoon (Execution): Mock pitches and intensive feedback sessions with Cambridge professors and industry mentors.
Evening (Computer Science): Uninterrupted "Hackerhouse" sprint to finalize the technical product, pitch deck, and project portfolio.
Day 6: The Venture Pitch Day (Full Day 5)
Morning: Final pitch polish and technical rehearsals.
Afternoon (Execution): Teams present their scalable ventures to the Paloneo investment committee, competing for up to $200,000 in seed funding and invitations to Davos.
Evening: Celebratory closing dinner, unstructured mentorship, and integration into the global alumni network.
Day 7: Graduation & Induction
Morning: Fellowship certificate awarding and formal induction into Paloneo’s 250+ member global alumni community.
Afternoon: Carriages.
