The Campaign Fringe at Labour Conference 2025
What actually works in campaigning right now?
How are progressive campaigns reaching the people that matter, breaking through the noise, and building power in a shifting political landscape?
The Campaign Fringe is a one-day exhibition and event space for campaigners who want to get serious about strategy, learn from what others are trying, and avoid reinventing the wheel. This year, we are at Camp and Furnace in Liverpool (10-minute walk from Labour Conference). Just like last year, you do not need a conference pass to access the fringe.
We’re bringing together some of the most active and inventive groups in UK campaigning. From digital agencies like 89up, 411 and The Small Axe, to tech builders like Newspeak House and Poteris, to organisers working directly against the far right, like Hope Not Hate - they’ll be sharing what they’re testing on the ground and what they’re learning along the way.
You’ll find campaign showcases, practical training sessions, and time to connect with the people facing the same challenges that you are. Whether you're a professional campaigner or just part time; interested in digital or more focussed on the field; all about messaging or serious about strategy - this will be a space to learn something new and meet people who get it.
Come through and get hands-on with the latest technology; inject the latest evidence-based practice into your campaign strategy; represent your area in our AI-powered CLP canvassing contest; and deepen your hyperlocal understanding with a Constituency Deep Dive briefing pack.
However you engage, you’ll leave with ideas, contacts and tactics that you can actually use.
In order to ensure the best possible experience for everyone, there will be staff on the door. Guarantee your entry by signing up today.

Turbocharge Your Campaigns: An Afternoon with 411
Alongside the main stage programme, from 1–5pm campaign experts 411 will be running a Training Lounge. Drop in for hands-on workshops and small-group sessions designed to sharpen your practical skills and give you tools you can put to work straight away.
While the main programme will include some bigger picture discussions alongside the detail, the Training Lounge is strictly practical. You’ll learn how to make your campaign resources go the extra mile, who the audiences that matter are and how your campaigns can talk to them effectively at a local level. Designed for campaigners who want to stay ahead of the curve.
