Permitting reform is the rare energy issue that draws broad agreement in today’s hyperpartisan Washington. Lawmakers in both parties say the current system is slow and perilous, leaving developers with no certainty and delaying the infrastructure we urgently need to meet rising electricity demand. In this conversation we’ll explore various paths available to speed up the permitting process and make it easier to build.
