International Women's Day Happy Hour + Structured Networking | Women in AI

This year’s International Women’s Day theme, Give to Gain, is about tangible support, not passive networking. Join 60 women across the AI ecosystem for an evening intentionally designed around that idea: helping someone first, and building real relationships as a result.
Each attendee will be thoughtfully matched with other participants for a one on one conversation to begin the night, with guided prompts focused on mentorship, advice, introductions, advocacy, and opportunities. You’ll then move into small group discussions before opening into relaxed networking, so conversations deepen before the room widens.
Instead of exchanging quick pleasantries, the structure makes it easier for founders, engineers, researchers, investors, operators, and women exploring AI to meaningfully support one another. Come ready to offer something and leave with connections that actually continue after the event.
