🔧 3시간 동안 만드는 것
1단계 — Mission & AI Setup (45분)
코칭 기반 실습으로 라이프 미션을 정리하고, 나만의 AI 사고 파트너를 세팅합니다. 커스텀 GPT/Gem (대화용) + CLAUDE.md (빌드용) — 워크숍 이후에도 계속 쓸 수 있습니다.
2단계 — Solopreneur Dashboard & Growth Flywheel (45분)
AI로 나만의 솔로프리너 대시보드를 만듭니다. 자산, 채널, 오퍼링, 수익 모델, 그로스 플라이휠(고객 유입→참여→수익→추천의 순환 구조)을 한눈에 볼 수 있는 실제 웹사이트로 배포합니다.
3단계 — AI Build Sprint (45분)
목표는 초안이 아니라 실제 웹사이트입니다. Claude Code로 나만의 서비스 소개 페이지를 만들고 배포합니다. 스튜디오를 나서기 전에 공유 가능한 상태로 완성합니다.
4단계 — Launch Plan (45분)
30일 론칭 플랜을 만듭니다. 첫 번째 고객을 어디서 찾을지, 어떤 채널을 먼저 활성화할지 — 꿈이 아닌, 내일부터 실행할 수 있는 구체적인 단계.

Solopreneur Workshop for the AI Era — April Session
This is not a workshop to learn AI.
It is a 3-hour working session to build your next career with AI.
💡 This workshop is for you if you are:
— planning to transition from employee to solopreneur
— a marketer, consultant, coach, designer, trainer, or other professional considering independent work
— not looking to study AI for its own sake, but wanting to use AI to accelerate your career transition
— feeling that you “should start something,” but have not yet taken the first real step
🔧 What you will build in 3 hours
Step 1 — Mission & AI Setup (45 min)
Through coaching-based exercises, you will clarify your life mission and set up your own AI thinking partner. This includes a custom GPT/Gem for conversation and a CLAUDE.md for building — tools you can continue using long after the workshop ends.
Step 2 — Solopreneur Dashboard & Growth Flywheel (45 min)
You will build your own solopreneur dashboard with AI. This will be deployed as a real website where you can clearly see your assets, channels, offerings, revenue model, and growth flywheel — the cycle of customer acquisition, engagement, revenue, and referrals.
Step 3 — AI Build Sprint (45 min)
The goal is not a draft, but a real website. Using Claude Code, you will create and deploy your own service landing page. Before you leave the studio, it will be live and ready to share.
Step 4 — Launch Plan (45 min)
You will create a 30-day launch plan. Where will you find your first client? Which channels should you activate first? This is not about vague dreams, but concrete next steps you can start acting on the very next day.
