9:00 AM - Doors open, check-in
9:30 AM - Welcome and kickoff
10:00 AM - Morning workshops (beginner, intermediate, and advanced tracks in parallel)
11:30 AM - Lunch and sponsor expo
1:00 PM - Afternoon workshops and sponsor sessions
3:00 PM - Bounty presentations
4:00 PM - Building opens for early starters
4:30 PM - Networking reception

10:00 AM - Hackathon kickoff
10:30 AM - Build session begins (mentors on-site)

3:30 PM - Code freeze
4:00 PM - Project demos and judging 5:30 PM -Awards ceremony
