Talk 1: Software-Defined AI Workforce: AI Workers vs. AI Agents

Nikita Ivanov, Humatron AI, Founder & CEO

The rapid rise of autonomous AI agents is reshaping how work gets done—but not all AI is created equal. This session unpacks the critical distinction between AI agents and AI workers in the emerging software-defined AI workforce. We’ll explore the "One Build - Many HIres" architecture, governance, and integration patterns. Attendees will gain a practical understanding of where AI agents fit, why AI workers matter for scaling, and how this paradigm shift mirrors the transition from apps to cloud-native platforms.

Speaker bio: Nikita is a technology and product leader with over 25 years of experience. Founder of:

Talk 2:

Uber’s Multi-Agent Platform

Jamieson Leibovitch, Sr. Software Engineer, Uber

In this presentation we will go over Uber's Agent Platform and its inhouse Agent SDK LangFx.

We'll cover how Uber thinks about how agents and some technologies built to enable agentic use cases at Uber.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Jamieson has been at Uber for 4 years. He worked in Uber's Data platforms for 3 years before moving to Uber's AI Platform, Michelangelo.

He now helps lead the agent platform as a full stack engineer, working on Uber's Agent SDK.

Talk 3: Build Computer-Use Agent - from Research to Enterprise Applications

Ran Xu, Director of Applied AI Research, Salesforce

This talk will introduce two recent research works from Salesforce AI Research - GTA1 and CoAct-1, share learnings and experiences from these advances. Then, the talk will share on-going research work on building enterprise specific computer-use agent benchmark, and discuss challenges and opportunities of CUA for enterprise.

Ran Xu is a Director of Applied Research with Salesforce AI Research, and leads a group of computer vision and multimodal AI researchers and engineers to push the boundary of research and product. Ran Xu received his Ph.D. in computer science from University at Buffalo.

Lightning / Community Talks

Securing the AI Agent Workforce by Amean Asad of Lunal

As AI agents enter the workplace, they are evolving from simple task automation to autonomous virtual collaborators that make decisions, act, handle sensitive data, and require elevated permissions. This comes with a whole new threat model that must be addressed for these agents to operate securely. This talk discusses how Trusted Execution Environments provide a secure agent runtime that provides solutions such as verifiable agent identity, data confidentiality, and runtime integrity.
