AI Build Day participants will get to attend the event featuring Yoshua Benjio and will be given special access to opening & closing party.
On October 19, Montréal transforms into a city-wide decentralized building blocks for geeks, techies and ambitious curious minds to work on tech projects — in AI, FinTech, Climate, HealthTech, Robotics, and more — to work on new or old ideas, build and present their work.
But it's not just one big day. The journey starts before the build:

October 16 – Team Formation & Networking : meet collaborators, share ideas, and form squads.
For everyone:
October 18 (morning) – Builder Warm-Up + Get inspired by Yoshua Benjio + 3 Tech Founders: be inspired by other builders on stage - and in the room. (optional but you don't wanna miss it)
October 19 – Build Day: one day, one focus, real outcomes.
October 24 – Demo Day: the best projects from across the city take the spotlight.

Open House Montréal (Oct 18–24) is a decentralized city-wide tech week that celebrates builders first. With over 100 events, 4000 participants, and the entire ecosystem opening its doors, it’s a chance to experience Montréal’s creative energy in full force.
